Q. How much is shipping?
A. Every order includes FREE DELIVERY via our standard courier service. For customers choosing to have their order delivered via Express Shipping (see more below), the surcharge is $15.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders shipped via our standard courier service will typically be delivered within 10 working days.
If you require your order ASAP, we also offer Express Shipping ($15) on most items. The delivery time for orders shipped via this service is typically within 3 working days. Please contact us to ensure that the product(s) you are interested in can be delivered via Express Shipping.
Q. Where can you deliver?
A. We can deliver to any address (including PO Boxes) anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
Q. Will my purchase remain safe during transit?
A.
We ensure that all orders are carefully packed and fully protected during shipping. The product itself is individually enclosed in protective wrapping, and then placed in a heavy duty outer protective box.
Every purchase is also 100% insured. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within three working days so that we can arrange for a courier to collect your purchase and have a replacement delivered to you
For the security and prompt delivery of your order, all purchases over $100 (except those sent to PO Boxes) also require a signature on delivery. If no-one is present at the time of delivery, a card will be left so that you may collect the order from your local post office.
