Delivery Information

All of our products include FREE DELIVERY.

Delivery is via our premium courier service which means you will typically receive your order within 10 working days. If longer, we will ensure to notify you as soon as possible.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to confirm the delivery timeframe of a particular item, being sure to let us know which product(s) you are interested in.

All items are carefully packed and fully insured, and we can also deliver to PO Boxes.

For the security and prompt delivery of your order, all purchases over $100 (except those sent to PO Boxes) require a signature on delivery. If no-one is present at the time of delivery, a card will be left so that you may collect the order from your local post office.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within three working days so that we can arrange for a courier to collect your purchase and have a replacement delivered to you.
