About Us

Drawing on over 20 years of experience in bringing fine, genuine brands to the people of Melbourne, Double Cream now aims to provide our customers from all over Australia and New Zealand with a new type of luxury brand shopping experience.
 
Double Cream began because the products we offer have traditionally only been available at large department stores, which means they have been able to charge what we believe are unfairly high prices. Therefore, our primary aim is to provide the finest in luxury brands without the inflated price-tags – many at less than half the price found at the larger stores.

We also realised that many of our customers did not have the time to journey to these busy department stores. This is why we launched our website in 2006. We believe that a website is the most convenient way for our customers to shop, providing the convenience where they can shop for the world’s finest brands directly from their homes or offices and have their purchase delivered directly to their doorstep.

Whether buying through one of our many personal networks or via our website, we will provide you with the most luxurious items from the world’s finest brands. Our range includes products for both men and women, including fine leather goods such as wallets, bags and purses, to accessories such as belts, cufflinks and a large range of fine writing instruments. We provide the most premium authentic brands in each of these categories, including Mont Blanc, Cartier, Alfred Dunhill, Prada, and Gucci among others. And all at the very lowest prices.

What also makes Double Cream different is the added service that we offer. Unlike other discount stores that pay little respect for the premium nature of the brands that they offer, we aim to provide an intimate and personalised service experience for each and every one of our customers.
