About Caran d'Ache Pens
Caran d'Ache has been making some of the world’s finest writing instruments in Switzerland since 1924. Named after the famous French satiric political cartoonist, the Caran d'Ache designers and engineers borrow manufacturing techniques developed throughout the maker’s rich past, and combine these with intensive research into novel and innovative materials.

Caran d'Ache - Ecridor
Smart in looks and durable in performance, the Ecridor range is an integral part of Caran d'Ache's history. With different silver patterns to suit your taste, all current Ecridor models are silver plated with a rhodium coating to prevent tarnishing. The Caran d'Ache Ecridor's smaller size allows you to carry it anywhere, while its hexagonal shape makes it beautifully comfortable and easy to hold.
Sophistication, technology and craftsmanship are all combined at their peak elements with the Hexagon writing instruments, representing Caran d'Ache's finest. The Hexagon fountain pen fills with a cartridge or converter and features an 18kt gold nib available in a variety of nib widths.
Caran d'Ache - Leman
Embodying the Caran d'Ache tradition to detail, the Leman is Swiss craftsmanship at its best. From every twist of the ballpoint to every stroke of the word, you can feel the quality of Caran d'Ache. Rich lacquer finishes are layered upon brass, giving the Leman a superior weight. The cap is highlighted by a spring loaded clip and the Caran d'Ache emblem on the crown.
Caran d'Ache - Varius
After intensive research by Caran d'Ache engineers who incorporated novel and innovative materials for its design, the Varius is a truly unique range of writing instruments. All metal parts are rhodium plated for a brilliant silver sheen. The fountain pen features an 18kt gold nib in fine or medium nib widths and a cartridge/converter filling system.
